Who we are

This site, quiz.lovelikeaking.com, is run by True Bliss LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, trading as Love Like a King. Address: 1111b South Governors Ave, Dover, DE, 19904 US. Email: support@lovelikeaking.com. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

What this site does

You answer a short set of questions. We show you a result. If you qualify and choose to, you can message Maximilian Buchmann on WhatsApp to arrange a free one on one call, the Private Analysis.

What we collect

When you use the quiz we collect:

• Your answers to each question, as you give them.
• Your first name and email address, if you enter them to see your result.
• A random session id stored in a cookie, so you can continue where you left off if the page reloads.
• Technical data: a hashed version of your IP address, your browser type, your screen size, the time of each answer.
• Where you came from: the ad or link you clicked, including Meta's click id (fbclid) and the Meta browser cookies (_fbp, _fbc) if you allowed them.
• Your country, from your IP address, so we know which privacy rules apply to you.
• If you tap the WhatsApp button: the fact that you tapped it. What you then send on WhatsApp is handled by WhatsApp and by our WhatsApp Business account. See below.

We do not collect payment details on this site. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Why we collect it and on what legal basis

• To run the quiz, compute your result and show it to you. Basis: performing the service you asked for.
• To send your result and follow up information to the email you gave us. Basis: your consent when you enter your email. You can withdraw it at any time by replying "stop" or emailing us.
• To arrange the Private Analysis with you on WhatsApp, if you message us. Basis: taking steps at your request before a possible contract.
• To measure and improve our advertising with Meta (the Meta pixel and Conversions API). In the EU, UK and Switzerland, basis: your consent, asked on the first screen. Elsewhere, basis: our legitimate interest in knowing whether our ads work.
• To keep the site secure and stop abuse. Basis: legitimate interest.
• To keep records we are required by law to keep. Basis: legal obligation.

How your answers are used to build your result

We use your answers to work out which of four patterns fits you best, a strength score, and whether you qualify for the Private Analysis. A computer does that sorting. It has no legal or similar effect on you: it only decides what text we show you and whether we offer you a free call. A person, Maximilian, reads every result before any call. If you disagree with your result, email us and we will look at it ourselves.

Sensitive information

The quiz asks about your dating life and your relationship status. Do not send us health details, and do not answer with anything you would not want stored. We do not ask for, and do not want, information about your health, your religion, your politics, or your sex life. If you send us such details anyway, for example in a WhatsApp message, we delete them when we see them.

Who we share it with

We use these providers. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job.

• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). Hosts the site, runs our code and stores the database. Data may be processed in Cloudflare data centers worldwide.
• Meta Platforms (USA and Ireland). Receives ad measurement events from the pixel and from our server. For EU, UK and Swiss visitors only after you accept on the first screen. Meta's privacy policy applies to what Meta does with it.
• WhatsApp (part of Meta). If you message us, WhatsApp handles the message. We use a WhatsApp Business account.
• Trustpilot. If a Trustpilot rating badge is shown, it loads from Trustpilot's servers, which may set their own cookies. See Trustpilot's privacy policy.
• An email service provider, once we send emails. We will name it here when we add it.

We do not sell your personal data.

We may also share personal data:

• With courts, the police or other authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our safety, or the safety of others.
• With a buyer or new owner, if the business is ever sold, merged or reorganised. Your data would move with it, under this same policy until you are told otherwise.

International transfers

We are a US company and our providers are mostly in the US. If you are in the EU, UK or Switzerland, your data is transferred outside your region. We rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK and Swiss addenda) with our providers, and on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where a provider is certified.

How long we keep it

• Quiz sessions with no name and email: 90 days, then deleted.
• Leads (name, email, answers, result): 24 months from your last activity with us, then deleted, unless you become a client. Then we keep what we need for the client relationship and for tax law.
• Consent records: as long as the consent is relied on, plus 3 years.

Cookies

• session: strictly necessary. Keeps your place in the quiz. Expires after 30 days.
• consent: strictly necessary. Remembers your cookie choice. 12 months.
• _fbp, _fbc: Meta advertising cookies. Only set if the Meta pixel loads. Up to 90 days.

You can delete cookies in your browser at any time.

Advertising and how to turn it off

We use the Meta pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure our ads and to show ads to people like you. Meta Custom Audiences lets us show ads to people who took the quiz. You can control this:

• In the EU, UK and Switzerland: tap Decline on the cookie bar on the first screen, or clear the consent cookie and choose again. Nothing goes to Meta.
• On Meta and Instagram: open your Meta ad settings and turn off the ad topics and audiences you do not want.
• On iPhone or iPad: Settings, then Privacy and Security, then Tracking and Apple Advertising.
• On Android: Settings, then Google, then Ads.
• More options: youronlinechoices.com (Europe), optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org (USA).

Your rights

Depending on where you live you can ask us to: access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or give you a copy in a portable form. You can withdraw consent at any time. You can complain to your data protection authority. In the EU that is the authority in your country. In the UK it is the ICO.

If you are a California resident, you have the rights in the CCPA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data. We do not sell personal data. Sharing pixel data with Meta for advertising may count as "sharing" under California law. You can opt out by declining cookies or by emailing us with "Do not share my data" in the subject line. We also honour the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser, and we do not treat you any differently for using your rights. The same applies if you live in another US state with a privacy law, such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas or Oregon.

Do Not Track

Browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no agreed standard for it, so we do not act on it. We do act on the Global Privacy Control signal, and on your choice in the cookie bar.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS and stored in an access controlled database. Only Maximilian and people who work for him with a need to know can see it. If personal data is ever lost or stolen in a way that puts you at risk, we tell you and the proper authority as the law requires.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date at the top. Big changes we will tell you by email if we have your email.
